Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
Local Sale
- Cash
- Bank Wire (All banking charges are for account of the payer)
- EPS
- Credit cards (AE, CUP, Visa or MasterCard)
*A fee will be charged when using (3) & (4).
International Sale
- Payment should be done by bank wire.
- After the confirmation of an order (though email or website with our staffs), payment should be made within 3 days and a notification of payment should be sent to us. Otherwise, we reserve the right to offer the item to other customers.
Shipping for International sale
- Purchased items will be sent only after we have confirmed receipt of your payment with our bank.
- Shipment will be made within 3 working days after the receipt of the payment. Orders placed after 3pm Monday-Friday will be validation of processed the following business day.
* Some exceptions include holidays and product availability. All shipments will be sent fully insured for the purchase price, and an Adult Signature is required when receiving the package. - All purchased items will be sent by FedEx / DHL with full insurance. A tracking number will be provided through email.
- We do NOT ship to any P.O. Box address.
- Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost charge, all customs duties, taxes and handling fees, if applicable.
- We reserve our right not to ship to any location that without prior notice new watches
Warranty
- We guarantee all the items that we sell are authentic.
- A 6 months limited warranty is provided from the date of purchase for pre-owned items. Customers should be responsible for all delivery costs.
- Our warranty does not cover bracelet, straps, case, crown, crystal / glass, water resistance, nor any damages caused by excessive wear or inappropriate use of the watch.
- We do not provide warranty service for complicated and vintage watches.
- If a pre-owned watch is opened, serviced, repaired or modified by a third party, without written permission from us, the warranty will become void.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the watch bought (any faulty) and would like to ask for a refund, a written notification MUST be sent to us on the same day the watch is received. The item should be shipped to us within 3 days after the notification.
- Items to be returned must be sent by a reliable courier with insurance at the cost of the shipper. A tracking number shall be provided to us.
- We will notify you by email once we have received your return.
- Money will be refunded as the selling price minus all the shipping charges & handling fees, if any.
- Refund will be done within 3 working days after we are satisfied
- Returned items are in the same conditions as sold by us (including all packings, tags…etc). Otherwise, the items would be non-refundable.
