HOW OFTEN SHOULD I SERVICE MY WATCH?

We generally recommend a complete movement service every 3-5 years, depending on the watch's usage and wear.

DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE?

Q:

The repair process typically takes 2 to 5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the service required. We'll provide you with a more accurate timeline after our initial assessment of your watch.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO REPAIR A WATCH?

Q:

Yes, we operate by appointment only, Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm. Our service center is closed on public holidays. To schedule an appointment, please click here or call us at the number provided.

WHAT IF I DECIDE NOT TO DO THE REPAIR SERVICE?

Q:

We understand that you may change your mind about proceeding with the repair. If you decide to cancel or modify the service, please let us know as soon as possible. There may be additional costs if the repair is already in progress or if parts have been ordered. We'll do our best to minimize any fees in such cases.
